Stepping billet furnace

USES:

It is mainly used for heating, quenching and annealing heat treatment of metal bar, axle, titanium and titanium alloy bar, steel cylinder and other workpieces. The service temperature is below 1200℃. The heat source is electric heating or gas (natural gas, gas, liquefied gas heating can be used as required) and the control system can be used together. The workpiece can be stepped into the furnace according to the required output and the heating temperature can be automatically controlled. The step-type production capacity is 30,000 ~ 200,000 pieces/year.
